From Disney Pixar comes yet another animated adventure comedy ‘Up’.
Carl Fredricksen, a 78 year old balloon sales man, has long since had a dream to fly to the wilds of South America. One fine day, the irascible senior citizen, Carl, shocks the entire neighborhood when he ties thousands of balloons to his house to fly to the South America on his great adventure. But on his once-in-a-lifetime journey, Carl is not alone. Stowed away on his front porch is Russell, an excitable eight year old wilderness explorer. Together they hit the jungle en route to the fabled Paradise Falls. Later as they touch down on the world’s second largest continent, Carl and his unlikely traveling companion, step outside to discover that not only is their new front lawn considerably larger, but that the predators therein are much more ferocious than anything they ever faced back home.
From the makers of Monsters, Inc., Up is a hilarious journey into a lost world, with the least likely duo on Earth. Rated PG for some peril and action, this movie is a must watch for the entire family.
